Please email support@ShopTheLadies.freshdesk.com – or you can fill out a form on our website here – so that we can keep track of questions, etc. We will not be answering questions via pm as there is no way to track and the often get lost in the shuffle. We can track all emails and it is a much more reliable method. Please allow one business day to respond so that we can spend time with our families

Shipping is $5 for 1 item, $8 for two and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $125 – unless otherwise noted.

  1. You have 14 days to return or exchange an item. Returned items must be unworn, have the tags still attached and no smells. We inspect items before we ship, but on off chance, you will receive an item with a flaw. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR, and let us know ASAP! For returns other than a damage, you are responsible for the return shipping charges Capsule items (i.e. Holiday, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, 4th of July, etc.) or items purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. In order for us to accept a return, you MUSTemail support (support@ShopTheLadies.freshdesk.com) and open a ticket with us. That way we know something is coming and can confirm it meets the above. We will respond to your ticket within 1 business day and let you know how to proceed.
