1. You have 14 days to return or exchange an item. Returned items must be unworn, have the tags still attached and no smells. We inspect items before we ship, but on off chance, you will receive an item with a flaw. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR, and let us know ASAP! For returns other than a damage, you are responsible for the return shipping charges Capsule items (i.e. Holiday, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, 4th of July, etc.) or items purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. In order for us to accept a return, you MUSTemail support (support@ShopTheLadies.freshdesk.com) and open a ticket with us. That way we know something is coming and can confirm it meets the above. We will respond to your ticket within 1 business day and let you know how to proceed.
