Shop The Roe – Can’t say enough about this one.  This is how we do inventory tracking (with QR codes).  We upload a picture of each of our items into this and then can download a PDF with QR codes that can be printed on Avery Self-Adhesive White Removable Labels, (6467).    This is also how we load our albums for sales in our group and in multi consignment sales.  Online only (browser), not an app, but you can use it on a browser on your phone.   $9.99 / month

CinchShare – This is a browser only app (not an app on your phone/tablet) that allows you to schedule posts in advance and best yet, reuse posts.  You can schedule the same post over and over (we use it for when we have an online hostess in their event page).  It is also great to brainstorm a few ideas and have it auto post in your group over time.  Your post can include image(s), text and links.  $10 monthly or $8.34 if paid for a year in advance.

Sell it social – We use this for when we do multi-consignment group sales.  It looks for the word “sold” on only your posts (no other consultant in the sale) and produces a report that you can make notes on, mark people invoiced, etc.  The report can be saved and refreshed while the sale is going on.  You can refer back to old sales if needed in your older reports.  It can also pick random winners for a giveaway post (as many winners as you want) and point you at their exact comment in the post.  This is a browser only app (not an app on your phone/tablet) $4.99 per month or $39.99 for a yearly subscription.

Wordswag – iOS app (not sure if it is available on Android) great for creating graphics with words for posts and album covers.  $4.99 one time fee.

Canva – iOS, Android and browser availability.  Great product to make the graphics for each photo (Kirsten uses these for the lower right hand corner where it has the product info and her name).  It can also be used to make facebook album covers, album covers, post graphics and more.  Canva for Work is Free, but if you want more features $9.95 per month when paid annually or $12.95 per user / month.

Pic Monkey – Online photo editor is your go-to for picture editing, designs, text, filters, effects, collages and more.  iOS, Android and browser availability. Free, but if you want more features $3.99/mo $47.88 billed annually

Pantone Studio – iOS, Android.  FREE.  This app is great for when you get the “what color is this” question.  It uses your phone’s camera so you can take a pic of the garment, it will give you some color choices and then provide a pantone color.  We use this and take a screenshot of the pic of the garment and the pantone color and upload it.

PicFrame – Kirsten uses this on her phone to make the photo collages for online (album) sales.   .99 cents – one time free.

Drop box – this is very useful if you have more than one person on your team.  Kirsten and I use it to share photos.  For example, she takes the pictures, collages them and puts them in drop box for me to load into Shop the Roe.  We also put graphics we frequently reuse for both of us to use (i.e. album covers).  This can also be useful to put your photos, etc in the cloud as backup or so that they don’t take up space on your devices.  It is also great to have your photos shared amongst your devices.  There is a free version (drop box basic) that gives you 2g of space. If you find you need more space there are a variety of plans they offer starting at $12.50 per month

Stamps.com – We use this to create/print our USPS shipping labels.  Works with your Dymo printer.   There is a monthly fee of $15.99 plus the cost of your shipping labels.  This does give you a discount on shipping and makes the whole shipping thing easier.  With that said, I’m not the biggest fan of this or the Dymo printer.  If there is an better alternative out there (which I haven’t found yet), please let me know.   If you wanted to save some money in the beginning and don’t think you will have a ton of shipping to do (if you are planning on mostly doing at home pop ups), you can get discounted printing via paypal shipping and print the labels with your regular printer.  However this will be much more cumbersome if you have to do any decent amount of shipping.

All of the above are suggestions, feel free to use/find whatever you think will work for you.  If you find something that you like better, please let us know.
